1 Underwater cutting die head
We have launched various performance underwater cutting die heads for extrusion of conventional elastic materials, high hardness materials, high melting temperature materials, etc. Our production capacity covers underwater cutting die heads heated by 20000 heating rods for testing machines weighing less than 100kg.
2 Air cooled hot cutting, water ring hot cutting alloy die surface
The substrate is made of forged 45 steel embedded with YG11 tungsten carbide alloy, with large pieces and porous alloy vacuum technology to solve the problem of rapid wear.
Suitable for high filling and other granulation of general standard 50 65 75 twin-screw extruders. 3 The stretching machine head and mouth die sizing section are embedded with 5mm tungsten carbide alloy, especially suitable for granulation of high wear materials such as fiberglass. Part of the standard mouth molds have been changed from single row to double row holes to reduce material adhesion and increase production capacity. 4 Eccentric cutting template
