This product is ester soluble two component polyurethane surface printing ink, suitable for non-corona treatment PET, NY and other substrates printing.
This product is used for printing on the surface of soft packaging bags with matte effect, and can be used for cooking bags and cooking packaging surface printing.
1.Luster: up to about 2.0, high transparency, fine and smooth;
2.High solid content: 33%-35%;
3.Low residue: it can be controlled below 2mg of solvent residue;
4.Water resistance cooking: Add 5%-7.5% curing agent ENU-09(solid content 60%), can do boiling, 121℃ surface printing cooking;
5.High temperature resistance: Add 5%-7.5% curing agent ENU-09(solid content 60%), can be heat-resistant sealing temperature 220℃, about 3 seconds;
6.Simple operation: a single ester solvent can be printed;
7.High stability: the ink does not sink, the ink layer is not yellow, and the ink is heat resistant and frost resistant.
