Our SPEEDFORMER KTR Series of thermoforming machines for high-end cup quality offer a multitude of advantages: High cutting forces for maximum number of cavities, strong forming station, perfect shape and structure with pressure forming on KTR. This modular machine is suitable for different materials, shapes and heights (190/250 mm), and offers sophisticated forming results (e.g. embossing), as well as stable and safe stacking, particularly for light-weight cups. Cups with high transparency can be produced while keeping hygienic production conditions for sensitive food applications. Last but not least, its closed loop temperature control allows repeatable cup quality.
