The padding unit runs as an independent system and establishes signal interaction with the polymer forming machine KMD78.After forming and punching, during the feeding process, the glue dispensing system completes the spraying within the area of the inner bottom of the formed product.The cycle time for taking and placing the padder once shall not exceed 2.4 seconds.
