2025 Review

"I led 21 delegates to visit CHINAPLAS 2025 in Shenzhen for the first time. The takeaways are enormous and very beneficial to both development and upgrading of Ghana’s plastics industry. We witnessed the latest machines, technologies and innovations. Without doubt, this will help Ghana’s local plastic industry retool, redesign and most importantly to improve efficiency tremendously. Four delegates signed purchase deals at the fair and the rest are in the progress of discussing potential deals with machinery and raw materials suppliers. We will be proud to form a much bigger delegation to CHINAPLAS 2026 in Shanghai."

"I have been visiting CHINAPLAS since the 2000s, and I appreciate the organizer taking every aspect into consideration. Every year there would be new exhibition highlights, such as plastics and rubber products for medical use, and a full range of testing equipment for rubber; some niche testing equipment were also displayed, such as small device for testing hose abrasion resistance. This year I participated in the pre-show New Tech Seminar as well as SciXplore Forum, one of the concurrent events; seeing achievements of peers, listening to scientists’ presentation on trends and hot topics on polymer development and application were all meaningful inspirations to plastics and rubber enterprises like us. I hope at next year’s fair we can see debut of even more advanced new products and technologies."

"The exhibition was very professional, especially those injection molding exhibits. Our company mainly focuses on injection molding-grade plastic particles, and related equipment and processes, and the exhibition could meet our demand. However, it is hoped that in future the exhibits could be classified in a more detailed way, such as subdividing exhibition zones by material, process and application fields, or setting up specified zones for hot topics in the industry and organizing technical exchanges to enhance the efficiency of visiting the exhibition. Overall, the professionalism of the fair was recognized and we look forward to an even more professional show in 2026."

"This year we participated in the concurrent event SportsTech Chic + Green, and witnessed the innovative power when plastics and rubber industries meet sports chic. Anta, our associate, was invited as one of the speakers at the forum, and shared the sustainable strategies and applications of their brands. The successful adoption of plastics and rubber on sportswear were particularly impressive - TPEE footwear, regenerated PET color yarn clothing and regenerated environmental-friendly fiber for shoes – these weren’t only symbols of technology breakthrough, but also the indicator of the “green is chic” industry trend. Plastics and rubber technologies are reshaping the core of sporting goods in a low-carbon and cost-effective way, driving the industries to grow towards circular economy."
